Qtego’s process is amazingly simple! Using any device–cell phone, regular telephone, text message or the internet–the donor is prompted to enter information that instantly identifies them, confirms the donation amount, and records their pledge.
The Organization is assigned a unique 800 number, text key word or internet interface that directly connects to the Qtego platform requesting the following donor information:
- Amount of Pledge
- Home Zip Code
- 2 Digit Year of Birth
- Last 4 Digits of Social
- Initial of First Name
Use the Internet or Telephone (Home, Office or Mobile) or text messaging.
